Right-click on the file jpgsaver.scr and save to your "c:\windows\system" directory

Then, jpgsaver will appear in your desktop properties dialog box with all your other screensavers. Then just experiment with the settings.

If you have Windows XP, you already have a configurable screensaver called My Pictures Slideshow that is the equivalent of this program.
